Kedarkantha trek height is around 12,500 ft, but trekkers have to only climb uphill for 6,000 ft to reach the summit. Day 1 before 7.30 am from Dehradun.

Arrival Date & Time:

Day 6 around 7 pm at Dehradun.

Type of Accommodation:

Accommodation in Guest House & Camping During the Trek.

Route: Dehradun - Sankri - Dehradun by Sumo / Jeep.

Winter Temperature: Base Camp - 5° to 8° C & Trek - 3° to 5° C


Kedarkanth Winter Trek Schedule:

Day 1: Dehradun to Sankri by Vehicle.

(220 kms, 10 Hrs)

Day 2: Sankri to Juda-ka-Talab (4 kms, 5 Hrs)

Day 3: Juda-ka-Talab to Kedarkanth Base

(4 kms, 3 Hrs)

Day 4: Trek to Kedarkanth Summit & Descend to Hargaon. (6 kms, 7 Hrs)

Day 5: Hargaon to Sankri. (6 kms, 4 Hrs)

Day 6: Sankri to Dehradun by Vehicle

(220 kms, 10 Hours)

 

Cost: Ex. Dehradun: Rs.9500/- including GST

 

Includes:

- Private Vehicle: Dehradun-Sankri-Dehradun.

 All food charges Ex. Sankri.

- Food starting Day 1 dinner to last day Breakfast.

- Separate Accommodation for Boys & Girls in Guest Houses & Tents (Twin Sharing).
